How do I buy something?

Please go to the “Shop” page using the header navigation bar. You can learn more about each series’ features and get a closer look. Once at the Shop page, there are several ways to find our cases / accessories that will fit your phone, listed here:

  1. Use the two drop down menus on the left hand side of the page. First, select the Brand of your phone (example, Apple, Samsung, etc.) using the top drop down menu. Then, select the model of your phone from the second drop down menu (example, iPhone 6, Galaxy S7, etc.). Once you select your model, the page will automatically load all of our options for your phone.
  2. If your phone is a flagship phone, there’s a good chance we will have a direct link to all our cases for that phone right at the top of the page. You will see an image of your phone, simply click on it and it will display all our cases for your phone.
  3. Simply search using our search bar in either the header or directly on the shop page. For the best results, type the Brand name of your phone first (example Apple, Samsung, etc.) followed by the model name of your phone (example iPhone 6, Galaxy S7, etc.).

Once you find the product you like, click the image of that case to take you to more detailed information on that product. Select your preferred color from the drop down labeled “choose an option” then click add to cart to take you to the self-guided checkout page. Follow the on screen instructions from there to complete your purchase.

What method of payment do you accept?

For the safety and security of both you the customer, and us as the seller; we accept PayPal or credit/debit card processed through the PayPal service.

What is your method of shipment and charges?

We have leveraged our partnerships with both DHL and USPS to offer you the fastest shipping possible. We ship using either carrier. If your location calls for it, we will even use a combination of both to get the item to your door as fast as possible.


The cost of the item along with the shipping/handling and if any taxes may apply are all stated on the product page and subsequent checkout pages.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday – Friday 9:00-4:30pm (EST). We are also closed on most nationally recognized holidays. Inquires will be followed up promptly within 1 business day.

What should I do if I have a problem with the item I received?

Please CONTACT US to let us know what the problem is and we will gladly resolve it. Emailing us is the most efficient method.

For some reason I never received my item, but the tracking information says it is delivered. What should I do?

Please contact your local post office for the status of your package. If the problem persists, please feel free to CONTACT US via email or phone call.

What should I do if I purchase the wrong make or model and want to exchange it for the one I meant to order?

Please CONTACT US with your order #. We will then issue you an RMA # for the return. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will send the item you have chosen as a replacement.

What does RMA stand for and what is it?

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is a part of the process of returning a product in order to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product’s warranty period.

Is there a way to modify my order?

If the item has not already shipped, please CONTACT US, we can cancel and modify. After an order has been marked as shipped, please initial the returns process once you receive your item and we will gladly work with you to correct your order.

How do I cancel my order?

Please CONTACT US, we can cancel or modify the order if it hasn’t already been marked as shipped!

Will I receive my confirmation emails if I made an error on my email address?

Changes cannot be made after an order has been shipped, but it may be possible to make an update to your order if it hasn’t. Confirmation emails can be forwarded manually to an updated email address by contacting Customer Service either by email or phone call.

How do I know if the item has been shipped out? How long does it take for me to receive my item after purchase?

If ordered before 1pm EST we will ship out your order(s) on the same day. Otherwise, orders are shipped the next business day. All orders are shipped within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) once payment has been received.

 

Once we process your order, you will receive an email with the confirmation # stating your item has been shipped. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the time of arrival. Standard shipping arrives between 5-8 business days whereas First Class mail typically arrives between 3-5 business days after purchase. International shipping may take up to 30 days.

If I sent my item back for a refund, how long does it take to process?

The refund will be processed once we receive the item. Please make sure you have the RMA # on the package or we won’t be able to identify your mail. It would be great if you returned the item with a tracking # so that we can check the status of the package for you.

What does it mean when an item is Out of Stock / Back Ordered?

Both of these terms refer to items that we do not currently have in our facility. Some products may appear as Out of Stock. If you ordered an item and did not receive it because it was Back Ordered or Out of Stock, it will be shipped out once it is in stock. It is possible that we may or may not restock the item in the near future.

I received something that I did not order. What should I do?

Due to high order volume, sometimes we do make mistakes and we are very sorry. If possible, please CONTACT US and provide our Customer Service Team with a picture or information of the incorrect item(s) received. We will do our best to address this issue and send you the correct item as quickly as possible.

I sent an email but never received a response, what should I do?

You can check your junk mail / spam folder(s), email us again or call customer service via the CONTACT US page.

What is your shipping policy for holidays?

Currently we are closed New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Anything placed on that day will go out the following business day.

Unfortunately, we cannot account for holidays where the post office is closed. If that is the case please allow for one business day for it to be shipped.

For Christmas, please allow five to six business days for your item to arrive. For example, if Christmas Day falls on a Thursday, the item would need to be ordered by Tuesday or Wednesday of the previous week.

I am in the military. Do you ship to APO addresses?

Thank you for your service! We appreciate everything you do for our country! Now to answer your question, we sure do. It will be shipped out using USPS First Class mail.

I live outside of the USA. Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. We ship anywhere in the world for a low flat fee. Please check your checkout pages prior to purchase for a breakdown of shipping costs.

Do you have a warranty policy?

Yes. Every product is covered under a 90 day warranty. If you experience any issue with your case make sure to have proof of purchase when contacting customer service.

I am on your site and cannot find a case for my phone. Are you going to be making a case that fits my phone?

We strive to provide accessories for every phone on the market. In all likelihood we will have products in stock in the near future. Please check back, follow us on social media, or sign up for our newsletter to receive announcements and updates on current / upcoming products.

Where can I find a case that used to be on your site but is no longer available?

Do you offer discounts?

My phone broke while it was in a CoverON case. Will you replace it?

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the durability of your device and therefore make no guarantees that your device will not be damaged during mishandling; even with our most protective cases attached to it. Please contact your service provider for information on your device’s warranty information. Using a CoverON case will NOT void your phone’s protection plan or warranty.

How do I install my VitaCase?

If your VitaCase came with a screen protector, we recommend installing it before the case. First, remove the bumper from the hard plastic piece. Place your phone into the plastic back piece, lining up the cutouts. Here comes the tricky part: starting at the top of your phone, snap the bumper into place going along the entire outside of the case until it is installed. If you have any more questions or are still having trouble, feel free to email or call us.

What are all of the materials referenced in your site?

Polycarbonate is a synthetic thermoplastic resin used for molded products. Basically, it is a very hard and durable plastic.

TPU stands for Thermoplastic polyurethane which is a mixture of hard plastic and soft silicone. It is dense, smooth, semi-flexible, and very durable.

Silicone is a synthetic material like that of polycarbonate and TPU, except that is it softer and more flexible.
