For any reason, you may return your product for a refund or an exchange within 90 days after confirmed purchase date.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 90 days, subject to a Return Authorization from CoverON. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. All order purchases require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to return. To request for an RMA number, please email us or call Customer Service at 610 351 3868. Please note that an RMA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged / returned merchandise must be in original condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you and reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.
- Item must be in original packaging.
- Item can not visibly show signs of excessive damage, beyond typical “wear and tear” of the item. At our discretion, we may refuse a return or a refund for any items we deem as damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
- Customer must contact us for an RMA request, PRIOR to sending their return product to us for any return or exchange.
- Shipping & Handling fees are NOT refundable.
- Item may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value of the returned item, however this is limited to the same compatible model as originally purchased. As an example, an iPhone 6s case may only be exchanged for another iPhone 6s case of the same or lesser value.
- Returned items must be sent back to our shipping location PRIOR to any refund of the product price is given. (Shipping & handling is not refundable, sorry!).
How to send us an item back for exchange or return:
- Please e-mail us at: email@example.com to request an exchange or return.
- Include your billing name and order number in the e-mail, in addition to the reason for return.
- Our customer support team will review your e-mail and request.
- Once approved, we will send you an RMA number to include on your return package.
- Send your return item package using the delivery service of your choosing to the address below.
- Once your package is received, we refund your account or send you an exchange.
