Frequently Asked Questions

ORDER

Most orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 24 hours and If your order was placed before 2pm EST, it will most likely shipped out within the same day. This does not include weekends or national holidays.

To check the status of an existing order, log into your account. You'll be directed to your order history page, where all of your past and current orders will show up. Click on the order number for more information on its current status. If the order has been assigned a tracking number, which will also be included on this page.

There may be several reasons to this. If you have encountered an error while purchasing, such as "Transaction declined, gateway rejected,” please try the following steps:

    • Try using different web browser to place your order
    • Make sure that the billing address is correct and any unit numbers are listed exactly how it was inputted in your banking records
    • If you have moved within the last 5 years, it is possible it is not recognizing your new address
    • Please verify with your bank or credit union if they support AVS
    • If you are purchasing internationally, please verify with your bank or credit union if international purchases are permitted.

We have found that these solutions solve a majority of our purchasing issues. If the issue is unable to be resolved, we recommend using the PayPal method of payment as it should not experience these issues.

We're sorry to hear that you'll be cancelling your order with us! We may be able to cancel your order for you if it hasn't been processed out yet. Please contact via email to support@coveroncase.com with your order #. Please include “Cancel Order - Your Order #” in the subject line of your email.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, however, we are unable to make changes to your order. If your order has not been processed out yet, what we can do is cancel the current order so you can make a brand new order with which you prefer. However, if the order has been processed for shipping, we will be unable to cancel the order. 

We may be able to change your delivery address for you if it hasn't been processed out yet. Please contact via email to support@coveroncase.com with your order #. Please include “Change Delivery Address - Your Order #” in the subject line of your email.

SHIPPING

Standard FREE Shipping (USA):   4-10 business days

USPS First Class Shipping (USA): 2-5 business days

USPS Priority Mail Shipping (USA): 2-3 business days 

Please take into consideration that these are estimated ship times and there are many reasons that packages can be delayed which are out of our control.

If you think that your package is lost or delayed, please contact us via email at support@coveroncase.com with your order number, and we will review the information to see how we can best assist you. We want to ensure that all our customers are able to receive and enjoy our products, and we will try our best to make that happen!

In the case that a shipment has been marked as delivered but not actually received, here are a couple things you can do before contacting our support team:

    • Check with your neighbors, building management, or security to see if they may have received it on your behalf.
    • Contact your local post office as they may be holding the package at their facility following an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Sorry we currently do not ship outside of the USA.

Once we received your return package. Our team will process your refund request within 48 hours and the refunded amount should refunded back onto the original payment method within 5 business days.

Most of our cases will not interfere with wireless charging. However some of our cases do have embedded metal plate for magnetic car mounts, the metal plate will disrupt wireless charging capabilities. Please read the description of the product page to ensure its stated as wireless charging capabilities.

Yes, most of our cases feature a protective lip around the screen and are compatible with third party screen protectors. Depending on the level of protection, the compatibility with some edge-to-edge screen protectors may vary.

Generally, we suggest to our customers to clean our cases with mild soap and warm water or with a damp microfiber cloth. Most stains can be removed using these methods. The products can then be air dried or dried lightly with a paper towel.
